Consequently, we not only comply with the laws and regulations that govern our business, but strive to go beyond and set an example of business conduct that meets the highest ethical standards.

This Code represents our individual and mutual commitment to discharge our responsibilities through the most sustainable and ethical means, and our shared determination to reinforce the Dream Factory reputation of Excellence with Trust. Since the set up, the Ethics Committee reports directly to the MD and Chief Directors.

It is responsible to help employees comprise the Code of Conduct and make sure it is properly applied. The Committee devices and harmonise an ethics process to verify that employees are aware with the Code of Conduct and understand its principles with practical approach.

Dream Factory Code of Conduct, values and commitment form the pillars of governance. We compete on the merits of our services & products and do not use the interchange of business courtesies to benefit an unfair competitive advantage. When people interchange business courtesies, it can generate the perceptions and influence business judgments.

Verify that the rules of the inheritor’s organization are not dishonored by a gift. Do not offer implore or accept any form of kickback. These are criminal acts under the laws of many countries, including India.
